Paloma noun

- pa / lo / ma -

Spanish, originates from the Latin word ‘palumbus’ meaning dove, a sign of peace.

Welcome to Paloma, where pure design meets effortless living. A collection of 8 luxury boutique apartments, where generosity and simplicity is at the forefront of the design. Make the most of the Cronulla lifestyle and become a part of this unforgettable architecture.

A refined first impression…

Paloma exudes an ethereal quality, forging a striking contemporary of neutral tones. The architecture suggests a balance of properties; rectilinear forms rise from the ground to create structure with integrity.

The transformational nature of the architecture enhances the user experience, where structured screens allow for privacy while maximising natural light and outlook. A play on light and shadow creates texture on the facade of the building to create subtle architectural contrast.

Contemporary lines merge with a series of textural layers. An earthy toned brick facade is highlighted with linear forms of white render balanced by a rich artisan plaster finish. A specialty protruding brick detail highlights the lineal nature of building. The building represents a balance of properties with a strong derivation from the earth.

Lusciously landscaped gardens fringe the building, while a state of the art car hoist showcases the cutting edge technology on which this building foundations is formed. Paloma plays host to body of elements combined to create a refined design with originality.

"Paloma rethinks familiar materials to create a fresh and modern building that sits comfortably in its context. It calls out to coastal design through playful simplicity and layered detail facades, feeling light, airy and sophisticated...”
